The layout includes a bedroom, kitchen, pantry, foyer, bathroom, and living room. Additionally, there is an optional feature to incorporate a sundeck.

Featuring a design with vaulted ceiling trusses, the roof type contributes to an open and airy ambiance. The ceiling height also follows the same architectural approach, with vaulted and raised ceilings on the main floor.
